EAYC: Creative Storytelling

This winter we're excited to launch Eastern Angles Young Creatives (EAYC), a series of free creative and theatre-based programmes for young people! We're kicking off this exciting new project with:

Creative Storytelling

For ages 7-12  

Monday 19th - Friday 23rd December

Creative Storytelling is an exciting 1-week programme all about stories and storytelling. Through drama, discussion and drawing these sessions will explore stories from various culture and eras. Young people will work both independently and in groups to explore stories, ending with a celebration event and sharing in our Sir John Mills Theatre. Family and friends are invited to join us for Friday's celebration!

Important details:

Sessions will run 9.30am - 2.30pm, Monday 19th - Friday 23rd December

All sessions will be at the Eastern Angles Centre, Gatacre Road, Ipswich IP1 2LQ

EAYC: Creative Storytelling is a free programme for young people aged 7-12 who are eligible for free school meals. If you're interested in taking part but are not eligible for free school meals, please do still get in touch with us.

All workshop assistants will be operating under Eastern Angles' Safeguarding policy and will be required to undertake a DBS check.

Over 12 but interested in taking part? We’ll be launching two further strands of EAYC for ages 13-17 and 18-25 later this year. Stay tuned.
