Learn to Meditate - in Half a Day
Thought about meditating but not sure where to start? This short course will introduce the basics of meditation and how applying these methods in your everyday life will lead to happiness for yourself and others. Simple guided meditations and practical advice will give you the confidence to begin a personal meditation practice to bring a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life.

Course format:
10.00 – 10.30am: Registration
10.30 – 11.30am: Session 1
Break
12 – 1pm: Session 2
Each session includes a practical talk to help your meditation experience as well as two relaxing guided meditations.
No experience is needed.
Venue: The Undercroft, Serpentine Green Shopping Centre, Peterborough.
