Lamphouse Theatre presents an evening of short radio plays by local writers. Watch the plays performed on stage by professional actors with a live soundscape created by a foley artist. The plays are inspired by the themes of hometown, running away and takeover, and the playwrights were mentored by BBC Radio 4 writer Julie Mayhew.
This performance is part of a wider project which includes Peterborough Regional College students working with professional actors and a sound designer. They will record the plays which will be presented on local radio later in the year.
The plays were selected from open submissions by a panel of industry professionals.
