Nourish is a series of free wellbeing workshops – get your body moving and creativity flowing!
Meditative Yoga – Saturday 19th July, 12.30pm
Focus your breathwork, movement and stretching in our meditative yoga session. Delight your senses with our sound bath and relaxation techniques. Suitable for all abilities, ages, body sizes, backgrounds and beliefs.
Guided Massage – Saturday 19th July, 2pm
Led by Soft Tissue Therapist Lorna Garside, learn how to massage your own muscles and joints. This is an easy going, friendly space where you can’t fail, and where all you need to do is go with the flow. You’ll leave the session feeling relaxed and equipped with some techniques to help ease your aches and pains.
Daytime Disco – Saturday 19th July, 4pm
Join DJ Kay Tee as she fills the floor with back-to-back dance tunes!
Celebrate the joy of music and dance in this relaxed, fun and safe environment. Don’t be shy, simply come along and enjoy. Suitable for all bodies, abilities and ages.
