Another Eastern Angles Christmas extravaganza which combines town twinning and vampires in a bloodcurdling feast of protected species, councillor freebies and Transylvanian meal allowances, as our intrepid representatives fly out to castles where tomato sauce is definitely specialité de la maison and the house red is a bit more than vin ordinaire!
