First Ever Paint Jams at The Undercroft

19 July 2018

The Undercroft is becoming a vibrant space in Peterborough for community groups, drama workshops, theatrical shows, cabaret nights and now paint jams!

Korp is the resident artist at The Undercroft and he has been holding a series of paint jams over the past 3 weekends.

"The first of three live art events happened over the weekend at the end of June in Hampton, Peterborough. We had That Bloke Wilson, Jason Duckmanton, Pigeon La Rue, Process and Cur5 all painting live on the day with Lee Mason supplying virtual reality sculpting sessions."

The paint jams have allowed members of the public to see street artists at work, painting live throughout the day for free.  As well as live art the space held a gallery and the opportunity to book virtual reality sculpting sessions.

Look out for more information on art at The Undercroft and future paint jams on our social media pages and website. Meanwhile enjoy these pictures captured by Chris Rowell...
