Job Alert: Community Theatre Producer

27 April 2017

We're embarking on an ambitious theatre project inspired by those that worked at Freeman’s Catalogue Distribution Centre and are looking for a Community Theatre Producer to work with us.

Delivered by Freemans is a community play based on the stories of those who worked at Peterborough’s Freemans Catalogue Distribution Centre from the 1960s to the early 2000s. Performed at The Undercroft at Serpentine Green Shopping Centre in October/November 2017, this Heritage Lottery funded ‘documentary musical’ will resonate with Peterborough residents and anyone who remembers of culture of catalogue shopping.

We need an energetic, creative, team-player to help co-ordinate community volunteers, researchers, performers, rehearsals and performances at The Undercroft, Serpentine Green.

This role will require the successful applicant to have access to their own transport. This can be either access to their own vehicle or the ability to organise their own travel without reliance on public transport.
